We are pleased to share the success of the Fitness Program for Senior Citizens of Cormidal, Tabaco City, held on November 13, 2024. This activity is part of the Community Extension Services Program of Catholic Central School of Tabaco Albay Inc. (CCSTAI), reflecting our commitment to serving and uplifting the local community.

The event highlighted engaging fitness activities for the senior citizens, promoting health and wellness. After the health fitness program, selected faculty, and staff of CCSTAI and selected Grades 7 and 8 students distribute goods to the senior citizens, fostering the values of generosity and service among our young learners.
