Healthy Mind, Happy Life: Symposium on Mental Health

Last December 13, 2024, Catholic Central School of Tabaco Albay Inc. (CCSTAI) successfully conducted the Healthy Mind, Happy Life: Symposium on Mental Health for students and teachers of CCSTAI.

The students were grouped by grade level, with two distinguished speakers leading the sessions: Ms. Laila Dollero-Alvarez, LPT, and Ms. Emma Flor C. Ubalde, RPm, LPT, RGC.

The symposium provided valuable insights on mental health awareness, self-care strategies, and maintaining a balanced and positive mindset.
