Catholic Central School of Tabaco Albay, Inc. (CCSTAI) participated in the Youth Congress held on October 11–12, 2025, at the Bicol University Tabaco Lavilla Hall, Tayhi, Tabaco City. The event was organized by the Gender and Development (GAD) and the Tabaco City Youth Ambassadors.

Jayani Rafer and Jan Niño Nasayao represented the school, accompanied by their SCB Adviser, Ms. Lesiel C. Secillano. This two-day gathering aimed to bring together young leaders and advocates to establish a collective movement that promotes positive change, empowerment, and sustainable development for the City of Tabaco.

Indeed, the event served as a meaningful reminder that true leadership begins with compassion, courage, and a shared vision for a brighter and more inclusive future.
