Heads up, Centralians!

Here are the step-by-step Enrollment Procedures to guide you during our online enrollment.

You may access the online portal at home or you may use the kiosks available near the school entrance.

ALL NEW STUDENTS must upload the requirements in the portal or bring the hard copies and submit them to the Registrar’s Office.

ALL OLD STUDENTS must submit the original copy of the Report Card (SF 9) to the Registrar’s Office.

During the ID Picture Taking, present a digital or printed copy of your OFFICIAL ENROLLMENT/ASSESSMENT FORM to the in-charge at the school library.
